In order to request the removal of content that you have placed on FileCR Hub or that links to your copyrighted work show in our search results, you must send a written correspondence with the following information. Please note that you may be subject to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you misrepresent information listed on our site that infringes on your copyrights. Your copyright infringement claim should contain the following elements:
- Evidence of your authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed.
- Sufficient contact information, including a valid email address, so that we can reach you.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including at least one search term under which the material appears on FileCR Hub.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed.
- A signature of the authorized person to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed.

Please give your email response two to three business days. It won’t speed up your request to send your complaint to other parties, such our Internet service provider, and it can even cause delays if the complaint is filed incorrectly.
